Our client is looking for a lead Senior Developer to spearhead the product development team.

A B2B2C mobile platform for buying digital securities using blockchain technology.

The Role and responsibilities

The role is hybrid with 2-3 days in the office in the Greater Dublin area. You will be tasked with the ownership of hiring and developing an engineering team and culture from scratch.

You will be responsible for growing the in-house technology capabilities, managing developers, and taking ownership of the technical direction.

• Hiring and managing a team of developers
• Crafting a robust, open and collaborative engineering culture
• Working with outsourced partners and maximising delivery
• Developing the overall technology strategy and development roadmap

Qualities of a Successful Candidate

• Experience in managing teams/developers.
• Fluency in React Native & Strong background in mobile app dev.
• Knowledge in both front and backend.
• Experience working in/with startups is preferable.
• Blockchain knowledge is desirable but not essential.
