Our client is working on a fully-custodial staking platform, serving as a user friendly & reliable way to earn rewards on ETH.
They are a fast growing startup with innovation, decentralization and user security at the heart of what they do.
Within this role you will be responsible for:
- Spearheading US network adoption & TVL growth
- Building partnerships, managing key accounts & relationships
- Onboarding new partners & builders
- CRM implementation and management & funnel reporting
- “Onstage” & “on the ground” presence at online & offline events such as crypto events, meetups & conferences
- Collaborating with regional growth leads to create & implements Business Development strategies
Qualities of a Successful Candidate
- KPI & results driven
- Independent, sociable & amicable
- Understanding of technical product/services
- Demonstrable track record of success, & able to learn from failures
- Over 5 years experience within partnerships & account management roles
- Knowledge of Ethereum staking & DLT are not required but considered a huge bonus
