The Client

Our client is working on a fully-custodial staking platform, serving as a user friendly & reliable way to earn rewards on ETH.

They are a fast growing startup with innovation, decentralization and user security at the heart of what they do.

Within this role you will be responsible for:

  • Spearheading US network adoption & TVL growth
  • Building partnerships, managing key accounts & relationships
  • Onboarding new partners & builders
  • CRM implementation and management & funnel reporting
  • “Onstage” & “on the ground” presence at online & offline events such as crypto events, meetups & conferences
  • Collaborating with regional growth leads to create & implements Business Development strategies

Qualities of a Successful Candidate

  • Crypto-native
  • KPI & results driven
  • Independent, sociable & amicable
  • Understanding of technical product/services
  • Demonstrable track record of success, & able to learn from failures
  • Over 5 years experience within partnerships & account management roles
  • Knowledge of Ethereum staking & DLT are not required but considered a huge bonus
