LEAD SMART CONTRACT ENGINEER – MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are hiring on behalf of our client who is a fast growth start up providing a blockchain-based investment management platform for investors to access various digital assets such as cryptocurrencies and tokenized assets. The platform aims to provide a secure and user-friendly experience while also offering services like custody, trade execution, and reporting for transparent investment management.

The opportunity is for a lead smart contract engineer to join the team. As a Smart Contract Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining smart contracts on this blockchain based platform. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that our smart contracts meet the highest standards of security, functionality, and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on our platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement smart contract requirements
  • Test and debug smart contracts to ensure they are secure, efficient, and error-free
  • Write automated tests and contribute to the development of continuous integration and deployment pipelines
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in blockchain technology and smart contract development best practices

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Solidity and/or Rust (3+ years)
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology and distributed ledger systems
  • Understanding of smart contract security best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
