Our client is a leader in providing key infrastructure to crypto developers and projects of all sizes within the web3 and Blockchain space. The technology can be implemented and adapted to suit the needs of any Decentralised application building in the space. The opportunity is for a Growth manager to build out prospective pipelines, onboarding clients and working alongside leading developers in the space.
Responsibilities will include:
- Establish sales driven frameworks and processes that optimise opportunities when engaging with developer communities and clients alike.
- Analyse sales and onboarding processes to constantly improve devleoper and client experience
- Maintain a relationship with clients throughout the sales and post sales process
- Work with internal product and engineering team to give constant feedback
- Communicate effectively between our internal team and any clients to ensure expectations are always met.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ Years in a Growth or Business development role (B2C preferred).
- Proven effective communicator, written and verbal.
- CRM experience management
- Independant worker with cross over team cooperation experience
- Existing knowledge and understanding of the Blockchain space is a plus
