We are hiring for an experienced GPU Compiler Engineer who is looking for a new challenge. Our client is a highly funded company that provides security solutions for decentralised applications (dApps).

Following a successful onboarding of top projects, our client is building out their world class engineering team.


  • Compiler Design and Development: Develop and enhance GPU-specific compiler components
  • Optimization Strategies: Collaborate with architecture and software teams to design and implement optimization strategies.
  • Algorithm Mapping and Acceleration: Analyze algorithms and application code to determine the most effective ways to map computations onto GPU hardware.
  • Performance Analysis and Tuning: Profile and analyze compiled GPU code to identify bottlenecks, data dependencies, and potential optimization opportunities.
  • Toolchain Integration: Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate GPU compiler components into the broader toolchain, ensuring seamless interaction with build systems, debuggers, and other development tools.


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
  • 3 Years+ Debugging skills
  • 3 Years+ GPU architecture experience
  • Experience with Algorithm Optimisation
