ENGINEERING MANAGER – BLOCKCHAIN

I am currently recruiting for an Engineering Manager to join one of the largest Research & Development centres within one of the largest Blockchain ecosystems.

The Client

My client helps companies, institutions and industrialists use the blockchain ecosystem by providing hands on technical support for their business needs. This company are already fully profitable with over 70 engineers working on the protocol.

The focuses at the moment are building and implementing a layer 1 blockchain via an already existing ecosystem, ensuring the demand for their technology is met and helping companies and institutions use this for their business needs through technical support.

The Role

As an Engineering Manager, you will be fully responsible for a software engineering team for the delivery of product features and meeting team goals. You will be experienced in how to engineer and deliver software as well as leading a team to deliver at a high standard. The company use a verity of programming languages, the most notable is OCaml and so experience in this is a must.

The Requirements

The ideal candidate will have between 3-5 years experience in Software Engineering within a digital services company, software publisher, integrator or blockchain industry. If you thrive in working within a world class team of developers and have great communication skills, then we would love to speak with you.
