Our client, a leading DeFi / Blockchain organization, currently seeks a talented Data Scientist to work on design, implementation, deployment and support of in-product analytics and modelling services.

Responsibilities

• Financial and economic modelling to generate useful metrics on cryptocurrency trading behaviour
• Drive cross functional analytic projects
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing and finance teams to bring analytical prototypes to production
• Design experiments for product and cryptoeconomists to test hypotheses

Qualifications

• Expert in performing data analysis using Python, Numpy, and Pandas
• Experience with data modelling, data warehousing, and data pipelines
• Experience in SQL and building a time series database (Postgres)

The ideal candidate will have an excellent data science background coupled with strong technical acumen and a familiarity with cryptocurrency.
