They are looking for someone to lead machine learning innovation and strategy as CTO, driving transformative AI solutions through advanced research and engineering excellence. Enabling data-driven decision-making and pushing the boundaries of AI technology for exceptional business impact

The Role

Responsibilities within this role will include:

• Tech Strategy: Spearheading our technology roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, research & implementation, nurturing innovation and skills.
• R&D Oversight: Manage advanced ML research and algorithm development.
• Architecture: Design robust, scalable tech infrastructure for ML operations.
• Partnerships: Collaborate with stakeholders, partners, and academia.

Qualities of a Successful Candidate

• 10+ years industry experience within engineering
• Deep technical understanding of Machine Learning frameworks, models and hardware
• Experience training LLMs from scratch
• Novel research experience incl. implementation
• Experience within Web3, Blockchain or distributed hardware is considered a huge bonus
