EDR are currently recruiting for a Blockchain Technology company operating in the DeFi space. They are developing a Hybrid Exchange which will provide cross compatibility between Decentralized Exchanges (DEX) and Centralized Exchanges (CEX).

We currently speak an experienced technology leader, who can lead a large scale organizational restructure & codebase transition to Solidity.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of talented and high-impact engineers, providing cultural, technical, and hands-on leadership.
  • Manage remote teams and contractors, including integrating them into the practices and workflows of the on-site.
  • Provide architectural direction for the design, development, and integration of the various components that power our technology and infrastructure.

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience managing and leading development teams of 50 or more engineers.
  • Excellent knowledge of the various blockchain protocols and strategies around cryptocurrency-based financial services software.
  • Significant experience building blockchain software.
