The ideal candidate for this position

What You’ll do

• Work closely with the Head of Product and other stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.

• Drive product development by providing clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and feedback to development teams.

• Define and maintain quality standards for products and features, working closely with QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• You have deep experience working with software development teams to build software products and are fluent in Agile delivery methodologies

• You have high analytical and technical acumen along with strong business sense that guides ROI-based prioritization

• You are comfortable working in a fast paced environment and have a bias to action, never hesitating to roll your sleeves up and be hands on

• You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to create a common understanding between different types of internal and external stakeholders

• You are culturally astute, able to connect with people from many different backgrounds and nationalities
